Control
Safe to hand over real budget.
Tell an AI to stay under budget and it usually will. Your caps are ordinary software the agents can’t reach, so they hold every time.
Each change is checked twice.
An agent proposes a change. Your rules stop it, send it to you or let it through. If you approve it, they run again against that moment’s spend before anything happens, and each step is logged.
Eight things that don’t depend on a model behaving well
- Agents never hold your credentialsAn agent’s tools read data and propose actions. None of them can change an account. Only the executor makes changes, and only after your rules pass them.
- Rules are plain codeSpend caps, contact and frequency limits, consent, suppression lists and banned phrases are enforced by a policy engine with no AI in it. No prompt can talk it out of a limit.
- Checked twiceOnce when the agent proposes, and again just before the change is made, because spend and settings can move while a proposal waits for you.
- You choose what needs youEvery kind of action has one of four permission levels: Not allowed, You approve, Acts and notifies you, or Acts silently. Set them for the whole company or per agent.
- Only approved items runAgents use only approved images, copy and sourced claims. Approving a launch checks every image and claim in it first.
- Each action is loggedWho proposed it, why, which rules it was checked against, who approved it and what happened. Proposals the rules stopped are recorded too.
- One button stops everythingThe stop button pauses every agent at once. Campaigns hold their last settings in your own accounts.
- One workspace per companyEach company is a separate workspace. Its agents act only through that company’s rules, and every action goes into that company’s record.
A 20% limit stopped a 35% raise.
The 20% limit applies to an agent’s total daily budget. When the New Customers agent asked to raise its $212 a day to $286, the rules stopped it. It proposed raising one line from $122 to $140 instead, which went through.
Moving money between campaigns is a separate check: if one campaign moves more than 50% of its budget, it waits for you.
Why it’s built this way: Rules belong in code. The cases the rules are tested on: the test record. What can touch your accounts: Security and data access.
Hand over a budget. Keep the rules.
